Pull-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

  1. I didn't do CFT yesterday because I have a good problem on my hands. I don't have enough weight for the Dead Lifts. So I played around with some chest and arm stuff for the hell of it. I haven't done that in awhile. It was fun.

Today's WOD kills my freaking forearms. It's funny how this one sneaks up on you all the sudden.

16 Rounds + 9 Pullups(pr), form wasn't real pretty in the later rounds but I got the work done.

  2. Nice Pr Chris, that is exactly my PR on this bastard. I did it in Denver a couple weeks ago on a shitty bar and tore off some serious skin, so I am leaving it out of this cyle. Instead of just ripping off a calus it cut a chunk out of my palm and I had to go through the whole process of a scab healing on my palm, big pain in the ass. I got 15 and 9. That WOD makes my back hurt just thinking about it.

  3. Did this one last night.

12 rounds and 13 in 1:04 in my last round.

After the WOD, I rested 3 minutes, then did a regression on the way back down starting at 10. Also did 5x30 sit-ups afterwards. Looking forward to the Snatch/Push-Up WOD. Later fellas.

  4. 14 rounds + 7 more

    PMFR!! Previous PR 11+7. Cool.

Through round 12 wasn't too bad, then all of a sudden...

Goal was 13+9 to make it an even 100, so I'm stoked! Got 111 reps. Jacob, you're just out of control dude. Seriously, send picture of flesh under wound to prove there are no hydraulics under the hood.

    BEER!
