Filthy Fifty

    How come night-time Justin gets to drink all the beer and day-time Justin has to do all the burpees? Drinking sucks the next day...mmm beer.

    Had to do some subs, but I think it was prettey even. Rowed 500 instead of box jumps, used 35lb bumper for KB swings(talk about a sumo stance), 25# dumbell push press, threw wall ball firmly into 9'2" ceiling, good mornings.
    TT: 28:49 PR some subs were faster some were slower, but the PR came in the form of faster burpees.

    For time:
    25 Box jump, 24 inch box
    25 Jumping pull-ups
    25 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
    Walking Lunge, 25 steps
    25 Knees to elbows
    25 Push press, 45 pounds
    25 Back extensions
    25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
    25 Burpees
    25 Double unders

  3. F-ing gd mf burpees! Almost 8 minutes alone on burpees. DU's in about 1:20 though, ripped off about 25 in a row at one point. Lunges and box jumps snuck up on me a bit today too.

    TT = 37:22

    Almost 2 minutes faster than the last time we did this in July! My fitness is getting better, but I need to catch up to you animals. I wish I had a hangover to blame this on, but I got a full night's rest last night for the first time in about 3 months. Oh well, later fellas.

  4. I'm a day behind on WOD's so I just got to this beast today. Only the second time doing this and first time with my plyo box and GHD. I subbed jump tucks for DU's, still don't have a rope but I'm going to order the Jacob special.

    50 Box jumps - 2:20

    50 1 pood kb swings - 2:26
    50 Lunges - 1:34
    50 Knees to elbows - 3:32
    50 Push press - 2:25
    50 Back ext - 2:06
    50 Wall balls - 3:17

    TT: 25:21(PMFR)

    Last time I did this in April my time was 29:56 I've come a long way. DU's I'm sure would add at least few minutes if not more to my time, but I'm getting there.

  6. Myles that's a great time, but it's not a MYLES TIME, we know you are superhuman. Chris isn't allowed to come within two minutes of you, he's too old :-)

    As usual, I haven't been feeling good lately. Back to WOD's as soon as I can. Wanted to this morning, but woke up feeling like poop. I'm always sick, so are my kids. Even had my immune system tested (bloodwork, etc.) and they said it was fine. I just don't get it.
