  1. Jake: I don't want a six pac quite that bad, but thanks for the tip. 30 minutes of cardio is why I just about quit going to the gym before I found xfit. However, I can already see fat going away after just two days on 1x fat, so there may be hope to see an ab muscle someday.

    WODoers: Pile of suck ass. Doing this breakdown it took me almost exactly as long to do 63 of each as it did to do 70 when it was broken down into sets of ten. Drew some nice blood on the shin with the sdhps.

  3. I had to scale the dips to assisted ring dips, 1 leg assisted on rds 1-2, and 2 legs supported for the last 3 rounds. I can do maybe 3 Rx ring dips right now. Still, this was a tough one. 3:49, 6:10, 6:49, 8:08, 4:42. Even though I tell myself not to save anything, an push each round, I obviously still do, thus I went for 8:08 down to 4:42. Need to fix that mental issue.

    I agree with Justin. Combine two of my worst CF excercises and you get a pile of suck ass. This one definitely attacks the mental toughness.

  5. This fucker hurt, by Round 3 I was starting to doubt I would be able to finish, but I told myself not a chance in hell I was quitting. Plus it was hotter than hell here today(90), so that added to fun.

    R1 - 3:20
    R2 - 4:10
    R3 - 4:20
    R4 - 4:30
    R5 - 3:18

  6. First time poster...looking forward to meeting up with Craig and Co. in Denver in a couple of weeks.

    As long as I don't have to put my hands over my head (with or without weight!) I'm O.K. So today was 12:11 on the SDHPs/Ring Dips.
