Justin - good job. I just did squats two days ago since I'm having to do my own thing. I got 305x1, was stoked on that PR, full ROM ass to buttball.
I did deadlifts this morning:
215x3, 305x3, 325x3, 355x3 (PR), 225x10
I only owned 310 lbs last time I did DLs, so this time I was able to push more. Hardest part of the 355 set was the grip! It's hard to hold on to that much weight. Do you guys use wraps? I would like to try 400x1 next time. I'll try in a month or two. I want a 900+ CFT by EOY.
Fletcher fuck wraps. Either do the over under grip, or learn the hook grip. The hook grip is what I use when it gets heavy it really works, but it takes some getting used to.
Hit my PR and left some on the table although I think I had 350 in my sights and will be pissed when Myles smokes me. Anyway, all are welcome to stay at my place today. From Amsterdam, take a stop by the Red Light, left to central station, then the #6 to my place.
I'm not even close the killer numbers you guys are putting up, but I'm getting better at these. My goal is 300 by the end of the year and I think that will be easy to obtain.
