Still sick, but improving finally. Did shoulder rehab exercises this AM, and that's it. Being hurt AND sick is depressing me.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo, I got all of 1 round + 30 jumps, 20 PPs, and 24 PUs, so close. PP dogged me, had to do sets of 5 or less on those. Kipping skill is getting better thanks to some mentoring from Craig.

ReplyDeleteTwo full days of travel, so I made up Danny today. Only able to run and do push ups last two morning, but still sore from DT.
This was way harder than I thought it would be. Push press killed my pullups.
2 rounds + 30 jumps 20 press and 24 pullups then it took me 36 more seconds just to do the final 6. This was a great WOD though, my heart was racing the entire time. Craig, give me a call today and I can give you some great moves to move your shoulder back into the center of the joint.

ReplyDeleteThis was a burner. Completed the first round in less than 5 min, 2nd round less than 6min, round 3 less than 7min. Round four 30 box jumps, 20 push press then it was time 20min. After resting for 30 seconds started the watch again and did last 30 pullups in 1:21.
Damn if that Myles didn't take a shit (over 1:10) in the middle of the workout and still beat me by 30 pullups.
Forearms are pumped and got the post WOD shakes. Told you 3 plus rounds Danny, RIP.
Yup 4 rounds finished at 19:51 and took a shit, haha

ReplyDeleteI also thought this was a fun WOD. Pull-ups were the killer for me. Pull-ups and kipping rhythm seem to be the thing that I lose the quickest when I've been away from the gym for a while.
3 rounds in 19:54.
Had to do the last 30 pull-ups in sets of 5. Fat and not in CF shape, but doing well. Later fellas,
