  1. Jake: That is a cool blog. I will have take the time to read and understand it. One one x fat seems to be working really good so far. No weight loss, but visible change in body composition after just a couple of days.

WODoers: I went to bed thinking how unfair it was for coach to give this to us after the last couple of days, but then...

Finially got past the mental block and put up the 170. Hell yeah!

  2. Nice Justin. My shoulders are toast from the last two days, and I didn't go at them like you did. 170 is sweet. I didn't even reach my previous max of 130 from 4-7.

    115, 120f, 115, 120f, 115, 120, 125f.

  3. Thanks Edward,

WODoers: I forgot to mention that I didn't have access to a rack,so I brought the weight into position with a hang power clean. It seemed to prepare me mentally and physically to do the heavier lift. So if you're stuck like I was, maybe mix it up a little.

  4. WOD Crew,

Started to go through Sunday's lift, but kept getting stopped. So, I did today's WOD as RX'ed.

    Maxed out at 170.

    Later,

    Mike

  5. Wasn't too happy to see this after yesterday's WOD, but was real happy with my numbers today.

    135, 145, 155, 160, 165(PR), 170 (f), 165

Plus 10 HSPU's for fun, finished off with AB-RipperX for all you former P90Xer's

This was a tough cycle. Enjoy rest day fellas..

  6. Got to this just before b-fast at the DFAC in my ACUs. Had to lay my jacket on my M-9 to keep it hid while I got this done.

    135-140-145-150-155-155-155(f)-150

Improving here finally, tied PR x 2. Have not been able to get the previous WODs done as it is a huge pain in the ass to get to the gym here.

    Good work fellas!

  7. Justin,
Yep that OPT is a bad mother... (I'm just talkin bout OPT) ... Anyways glad you liked his site after all that is his trade and he does it well.

As for today I think I practically killed myself with the WOD, but it was encouraging to know that after 90 dead lifts (45%-90% 1RM), 150 CTB Pull-ups, 45 Presses (90-100% 1RM) and 150 Ring Dips I could still hit a PR with 230lbs for a push Jerk like it was nothing. Felt good up until the DOMS set in and that’s when I know I pushed hard.

Check out the highlight clip of sorts from my friends and I at the blog.
