  1. Nice post Travis.

    WODoers:

Lower back was killing me from the squats, so I did what I could do. Warmup, row 2k 8:16. Still figuring the rower out. There does not seem to be a exact corelation between effort and result. AKA technique makes a huge difference.

    Deadlifts

    222x5,275x5,315x4,365x1,415x1

415 went up pretty easy, but the 10 seconds it took me to stand up straight after I set it down told me to call it a day!

  2. Travis - killer post!! Nuts are on the mend... walking around with legs spread, feeling like I got racked. Surgery took 5 minutes though, they injected me with a valium that got me all loopy and made me feel sort of nauseous for a good part of the day....

Justin, you're a horse. I want to DL 400+! DL takes a while to develop. I got 355x3 the other day, it was hard. Not sure if that equates to 400x1, only one way to know. Doc said I can start light workouts by Monday, then by the weekend after start back to normal.

  3. 135x10,225x1,295x1,305x1,315x1,325x1(PR),335x1(f)

I tried 2 more times on 335. First and second try I almost got all the way up, but started to loose my grip. Third try barely came off the floor. Next time.

  4. I remember the last heavy deadlift set I did was 365x5. It felt like one of the disc's in my back was going to shoot out like a hockey puck and kill somebody who was too close to me. Haven't done a heavy deadlift set since. Did do alot of bodyweight stuff recently but I should probably go heavy to grease the groove a bit.

Shooting for 400 in the next 4 months, until then awesome lift's Justin. When you start running out of room on the bar you know you're doing something right.

  5. CFWU + 400m run

    Deadlifts:

    Warm up - 135 x 10

    205,255,275,285,295,300,300(PR)

    Cool down

Had more in the tank, but no more weights to throw on the bar. Guess it's time to buy some bumpers. At least a couple plates at a time. I can feel a Fran coming on. Did some thrusters after the WOD because it's been awhile.

    Great numbers guys. Later.

  9. Hey fellas!! Long time no speaky! Morey is back for his first WOD in more than a week and a half. Am currently in Texas preparing for deployment. Went to the gym here to check it out and it is not half bad. Am a little disappointed that they do not have a GHD nor do they have a dip station (can't figure that out). Any good ideas on a modified GHD?

    Today
    315-335-357-367-377-387(PR)-365
felt the strain on the 387

Hopefully get the Filthy 50 in tomorrow.
