Up and at it bright and early, out on the road that runs the berm around our camp. Used my GPS to track distance. Makes it a little tough to get exact distances.

I think I could have went faster, but was a little apprehensive. Guess I shouldn't have been. Told a guy last night that I would go run w/ him later this morning. That was before I knew what the WOD would be. Oh well. Just may run a little slower.
Justin. That is sweet, what imagery. Flashlight, dark, packed snow. That's commitment baby. Nice work. I took today off, might do this WOD tomorrow AM in the same fashion, dark, ice pack, neighbors wondering what is going on..... or I might do what is posted for tomorrow, or both. Depends on what comes up.
We had some snow on the ground this am, so had to do something different 4 rounds of 10 16 lb sledge hammer strikes right side 10 16lb sledge hammer strikes left side 10 bench press @ 185 10 broad jumps 20 kettle bell #70 oh Time ? Peace out, Myles
This was an interesting one indeed. I had to do this one inside the comfort of my home, because we have 3 feet of snow on the ground. Lunges and Jumps in my living room, running on the treadmill.
I've been feeling better than ever for the past couple weeks after changing my diet - daily routine. I've gone:
From: Apple for breakfast, out with co-workers for big restaurant-style lunches, and crackers/chips/poo for dinner.
To: mostly counted zone - oatmeal, small lunch+zone bar, cottage cheese+fruit, small dinner, WOD, protien.
Who knew? Crackers for dinner doesn't make for a very nutritious dinner. I've also added fish oil and a RX'ed cholestrohol pill, eliminated the blood pressure meds.
This was a very odd WOD for sure. We got no snow in H-town, so I did this one in the gym alley. Walked off 50m, 100m, then another 50m. Lunged, jumped, fast-walk to end, run back, repeat. I'm sure I got some weird looks from the globo-gym go-ers, but I didn't care.
3 rounds as Rx'ed, TT = 14:45
No hot front desk girl stories tonight. She must be working tomorrow.
Sorry for the long post tonight. Just felt like letting anybody who was interested know how the zone/health shit was going. Later fellas.

This was a fun one, but my broad jump wasn't very broad by round 2.
