I was sore, but I manage to tie my PR. Did power clean and jerk, but missed the jerk at 225, might have had something to do with the 250 thruster from the other day.

31 1/2 rounds of Cindy?!!???! I've wondered how you'd do with Cindy JAcob. That's bad assyness. 13 1/2 in 10 minutes is also badassyness, especially given Evan's size. He's a biggun' to be banging out a BW WOD like that.

Ouch.
Had a hard time transitioning from conditioning type WOD's to a straight lifting WOD today. I loved the "rest" but just felt off. I think 205 without wrist wraps is a PR for me, but can't remember for sure.
