  1. Mikey: Good stuff, keep it coming.

    WODoers:

I was sore, but I manage to tie my PR. Did power clean and jerk, but missed the jerk at 225, might have had something to do with the 250 thruster from the other day.

  5. 31 1/2 rounds of Cindy?!!???! I've wondered how you'd do with Cindy JAcob. That's bad assyness. 13 1/2 in 10 minutes is also badassyness, especially given Evan's size. He's a biggun' to be banging out a BW WOD like that.

  7. 135-168-186-205(easy!)-215(not bad!)-220(F)-205-220(F). Damn it. 220 is PR, couldn't get under it. If I was an inch shorter it was mine.

    Rest 1 minute.

Then 185x5. Last two were hard. Unbroken.

    Then rest 2 minutes

    Row 500M - 1:33 PR!

    Ouch.

  8. Had a hard time transitioning from conditioning type WOD's to a straight lifting WOD today. I loved the "rest" but just felt off. I think 205 without wrist wraps is a PR for me, but can't remember for sure.

    135, 175, 185, 195, 205(fx3), 205-PR, 215f

Looking forward to hammering Fran tomorrow. Later fellas.

  9. So we finally get a strength day, and I have to do my PC's thinking about doubling up w/ Fran. Oh well, it's a step...

    165-175-185-195-200(shaky)-200(much more explosive)-205

That's a 20# PR from the 090512 PC WOD. Then on to Fran, posted there.
