    Guys, I am utterly frustrated. I am sick AGAIN, this is the FIFTH time THIS YEAR. When they say that you sleep less and get sick more often when you have small children they mean it. Didn't WOD this AM. Up with sick kid, and sick myself. Turning into a bag of poop. Very frustrating.

  4. 20 minute row this morning for 4.5k.

    30 MU for time Not Rx, full MU are far away for me. I did these per the video from knees on the floor spotting with the toes. Seems like a good way to work up to it. TT: 8:10
