Legs are shot. I managed a PR, but I'm sure it was only because I was at the track and didn't have to wait for the treadmill to get going. My runs were slow and pain filled today.
Yo dudes sorry things have been real busy. Travis and I barely have time to eat. I am going to do a wod today, the one with bench press bw and row, I havent' seen that one before. I wish I could keep up with you animals. I will post results later
Hey guys, Edward was pointing out the difference between hip extensions and back extensions the other day. I think most people do hip extensions when it says back extensions. Check out the difference... it is significant!
Did the bw bench row wod. Used 185lbs, my current weight is 175, finished in 21:14. Also as far as the hip and back exts. go, yes a significant difference. Back ext have your hips on the pads, hip ext have hips higher than the pad. You'll see that the hip ext can really fatigue the hamstrings and glutes quick.
Took a few of my comrades out and ran them through this early this morning. They really enjoyed it, once it was finished... May have some folks to get things done with over the next year. That will be nice. I am going to post their progress here as well to keep track.
Not sure if this was a PR or not, I don't think so.

BE's have you snaking your back with the pad at man parts level, hip is pad on thighs with hips locked. Hip AND BE is pad at thighs, snake back.
