ReplyDeleteI didn't rest today, I've rested plenty lately. I am trying to work my way back up. So today I did another test WOD. I'm feeling some abnormal achiness in the "lower abdomen". We'll see how I feel. Weaver's in town....
Here's what I did, fairly light WOD, definitely went light on the weight, but thinking now I should have gone lighter.
Three rounds of:
Farmer carries down and up my 140 foot driveway with a 70 lb dumbbell in each hand
150 lb deadlifts x8
135 lb squats x8
1 pood KBS's x10
20 AbMat situps
Took around 12 minutes, then I rowed some and did some more air squats
Oh those farmer carries are not as easy as they sound, way to be Fletcher. Don't let Travis whoop on you guys to much.
