  1. Hammered out Grace before doing today's WOD. Reps 4 and 5 were tough today.

    225 / 265 / 308 / 318 / 330

    No more working in kg's and multiplying by 2.2 during my WOD's. 24 hours before I go to Amsterdam, and Tuesday morning I'm on the big bird back to the best country in the world! Later fellas,

    Did the wide stance box squats from the Dave Tate video on the journal. Went down to a 14" box, so well past parrallel. I can definetly see how I will be able to go way heavier with the power lifter version once my hamstrings learn to fire at the bottom. Today though I was just happy I never got stuck on the box. However, I bet I'm so fucking sore I can barely walk tomorrow. Definitely used new muscles. It was fun to try somethng new.

  3. I alternated deadhang pullups in between sets to work on my weakness. Got 225PR,235PR,245PR,255-f,235,225. The PR's are kinda weird, cuase the last time we did this in Feb my max round was 205. But looking at the recent 3x5 back squats on 4-20, I knew I could start higher.

    Definately getting down all the way. Have been using the low bar placement on the squat.
