"Tabata Something Else"


Friday 090501

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
Compare to 081130.

  1. My brother and I climbed the Grand Teton this past Summer. This is looking East over the shadow of the Grand from the lower saddle the night before our climb. Weaver, you've been here before, right?

    Hung the rings from a tree for the pull ups today.

    I also had a hangover, but it had nothing to do with Elizabeth. Mine had more to do with an Irish pub.

    Total = 330

    No idea what my splits were, except I know I got 50 pull-ups. Ran out of toes, finers, and knuckles after that.

  4. Looks like Travis and I will be up against each other in the same heats, Just like usual, Kind a sucks we cant yell at each other. We are up against about 125 other men, top 40 advance to day 2 and they are only taking the top 5. We will try to represent for the Coast to Coast Crossfit Crew. We will keep you guys posted.
