    This was brutal for me.
    Rows 1:48/4:02/8:31
    round 1 bench
    Bench 24 in about 14 minutes then had to roll #25 down my chest across my stomach and do the old stand up with the bar and hope nobody saw. Finished off first set with 135 just to get done.
    Round 2 bench
    1x bodwieght 19 x 185#
    Round 3 bench
    1x bodyweight 9 x 185#

    weight 200#

    Total riduculously slow time: 52:22 not rx'd
    Drinking beer and fishing all day yesterday did not help today.

    I so need a day of rest tomorrow. Not looking forward to tabata runs up snowking at lunch.

  2. Justin, is this a chink in the armor my friend? This WOD would wreck me, I don't do flat bench.

    I am resting today guys, I can't wait to get back with you guys and doing main site WODs. That row really spanked me yesterday.

    I'm stoked, I got a 300 lb. earth mover tire today during my lunch break. It's sitting out in my trailer in the office parking lot right now. I'll get some pics out soon of me flipping it up and down the driveway. I flipped it once at the tire yard and said "yep, that'll do!". It was free, some tire recyclery place. Travis and Myles, it could be cool if you had one out in the back of your new gym to flip up and down the alley. Deadlift, Squat, Shoulder Press, Heave Ho, repeat!

    Tabata up snowking sucks, no fifteen minute hike afterwords necessry. This training for endurance is hard work.

    Yes, I suck at the old bench press. One of many chinks in the armor. But just give me 3 to 5 more years of eating right and doing the WOD and I should be able to get rid of most of them.

    100 SDHP's 20 185# Bench Press = 12:23
    200 SDHP's 10 185# Bench Press = 18:29

    Total Time 38:53

    No rower so sumo's to sub. I love bench press so those were easy for me.

    Got booted off of the SDHP's for the last round, so I ran instead. Would have much preferred rowing to either option though. This one was tough. Later,
