Not waiting around for noon to do this brutal new WOD. Did my favorite sunday sub. 30 muscle ups for time 15:01pr by over seven minuts. Thought I was going to be sub fifteen easy and then I failed on rep 30 out of the blue.
Still fired up about the regionals yesterday... what an experience. Trying to "get back into it" my goal for a 5K was 21:00 minutes. Did it in a very hot garage 2PM today.. PR 19:09.5. Had a new strategy, it worked, but there were a few flaws too. I know I can get in the 18's. Only 9.5 freagin' seconds from that dammit! Couldn't hold the sub-19 pace, every time I got it to say 18:xx for the projected finish I would get nauseated and dizzy during final 1K. Very mental battle for me today, totally whooped ass tired.

Viva La CrossFit!!!
Brutal is an understatement on this WOD. I wasn't able to get this as RX'ed, but I finished.
ReplyDelete4 Rounds of:

20 30" box jumps
20 unweighted PU's

Not a great WOD for me today. Later fellas,
