  4. I love the thruster, one of the best crossfit moves. It just punishes the clients. We did thrusters last night for boot camp and tonight out on the pier for CF Avalanche class.
    Busted these out right before class. Could have done more maybe 5-15lbs, but ran out of time.

    Can't wait until the Muscle Ups tomorrow.
